We really enjoyed the swimming pool, bbq, spacious house and perfectly fenced garden. The neighborhood is beautiful for walking and biking. Debbie was a perfect host, very punctual and friendly. If we will have the opportunity in the future we will definitely choosing again for this wonderful place. Thanks a lot!

Wonderful house in the hills. We spent a whole (very hot) week in the swimming pool and BBQing. The house was incredibly well stocked, clean and very comfortable. Debbie gave us a warm welcome too. Thanks again!

Perfect escape!
This place is immaculate, spacious and fully kitted out with everything you could want. We arrived to escape the Covid madness and it was perfect but consequently we didn’t go out to local tourist attractions. The pool is fantastic and the pool table had a lot of use too. The house is positioned in the middle of the most beautiful countryside great for walking and running. We even took cover from a thunder storm in a nearby Neolithic cave. Debbie was so friendly and helpful and Alex was at the end of the phone to offer advice when we were let down by the car hire at Valencia airport. A fabulous holiday and luckily we got back into the UK 20 mins before the 14 day quarantine began.

Fantastic accommodation in a tranquil setting.
From the start, Alex was outstanding, especially in the recent circumstances and not being certain we would get there with Covid-19 restrictions on flights. Alex called regularly, messaged to keep us up to date and gave loads of information on both the villa and local area. When we arrived (late flight so nearly midnight!) he still called to make sure we were happy with everything. Beautiful, large spacious villa, absolutely spotless, fantastic pool and outdoor area, all mod cons- both the air con and pool were a godsend in, at times 33 degrees heat! Easy access to town, friendly locals and loads to do. We will book again for certain! Thanks for having us- Lisa, Stuart and Anna 😁

I didn’t want to leave!!!!!!
Excellent communication with owner and house keeper. A very easy process. I totally love the property and will definitely be returning again and again, infact I asked the owner to adopt me lol. Can’t tell you how sad I’am to be leaving. Every thing you could need is here and more, extremely caring owners have thought of everything. Villa is close to all shops and restaurants. The castle is simply stunning. If I could have given 10 stars ⭐️ I would have. Thank you Alex and deb xxxxxx

A perfect getaway
I would especially like to thank Debbie who helped make our stay really special, little things that showed genuine care and made everything hassle free. The villa itself is lovely, spacious and set in beautiful grounds. Lovely pool and plenty of sun loungers and a large umbrella for when the sun gets too much. All the mod cons you would want and plenty of entertainment for both adults and kids, we especially loved the table tennis, pool table and bbq. The air con in the bedrooms meant despite temperatures reaching 40+ we were comfortable and the house remained cool. Is close enough to town to make use of the local supermarkets and restaurants and we also went out in nearby Valencia for a splendid dinner. If you're looking for a property which is well equipped, peaceful and can accommodate a group easily then I would highly recommend. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

Overall the villa was perfect for our family, amazing size and rooms, outstanding pool and gardens, and location was lovely and quiet. Would recommend highly and the help we received off Alex and Debbie was brilliant providing an info pack etc.

This villa is beautiful, the pool especially - very refreshing with the high temperatures we had over the Summer. We were very impressed with all the facilities, the house was very well equipped and felt more like a ‘home from home’ rather than the more basic equipment found in many rental properties. There are too many positives about this property to name them all so we'll just tell the ones we liked the best.

Looking out to the beautiful, green garden with trees for shade - there is always somewhere in the garden you can get shade but numerous umbrellas are provided as well.

The enormous TV - great for watching ‘The Tour de France’.

The air-conditioning in the bedrooms.

The extra drinks fridge.

The house was so easy to clean (in fact, it didn’t really get dirty).

The outside table, which was great for eating outside at anytime and for an evening glass of wine.

The location - we loved going into Xàtiva and the challenge of the hills for cycling.

Again, the pool - we brought a volleyball net with us and played everyday - this was great because you could stand up anywhere in the pool and superb for early morning lengths with only the birds for company.

Great villa in a beautiful location , close to the charming town of Xativa and only forty minutes from the stunning city of Valencia . Perfect villa for a great family holiday. It has a great pool and lovely gardens so there is plenty of room for every one . Inside the villa has everything you could want. including a great little games room with a pool table, air hockey and darts etc. Contact with Alex is always a pleasure, very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The house is looked after by a great lady Debbie . She is an absolute star . With great local knowledge and again nothing is too much trouble . So thank you both for a great holiday.

We stayed in the property in early June 2018 and had a wonderful holiday with two families. The villa has loads of space inside and out and is fully equipped for a stay with a large party (we had 4 adults and 3 kids) with everything you need. The owners have clearly put a lot of effort into making sure everything you could want is available.

You are about 1 hours drive from Benidorm is you want some action and an hour from Valencia if you want some culture so it's a good compromise of location if you want both. Pool was lovely and refreshing on a hot day and a very good size and the games, DVD and TV kept the kids entertained during the storms!

Would recommend it, the owners were also very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

I stayed in Casa Alexandra for 12 days during May 2018. Alex had provided me a document with much useful info about the house, contact numbers , directions and the local area. Unfortunately I didn't have the sheet with the directions at hand due to my lack of organisation. Debbie, the contact in Xativa kindly met me in the town and I followed her to the property. It is only a short distance from Xativa centre and the 2 main supermarkets . The property is precisely as advertised and was clean and comfortable and with all the amenities you require for a stay of 2 weeks. I had an elderly relative staying and there were only 2 very small steps of 3 inches to gain access to the interior so this is ideal for people of reduced mobility. For someone like me that wanted to spend time outdoors walking and birdwatching it was ideal. Even the garden was visited by Serin, Golden Orioles, Hoopoe and Sardinian Warblers but 2 or 3 mins by car there is the Cova Negra Nature Park where you can cycle or walk along various trails. 45 mins away is the Albufera National park where there is a hide for birdwatching or you can drive through the rice fields nearby and catch glimpses of glossy ibis, egrets , stilts, reed warblers, heron, etc. After walking /travelling during the day it was great to get back and take a dip in the pool (I would say end of May/June was probably the earliest for a comfortable swim). The weather was hot every day and you could either sun yourself outside or the interior was cool when you'd had enough. We ate outside at 9pm when it was still warm and had several BBQs. The kitchen has everything you need so we didn't struggle to cook meals. After that before turning in we used the internet connection which never failed and you could stream Netflix no problem. There was also Sky TV for those who cannot bear to be parted from their favourite series. Air Con was available but luckily at that time of the year the nights were cool and no need for this. There was also a pool/air hockey table . Valencia is worth a couple of trips and was 45mins away and the coast approx 1 hour. Xativa castle is well worth visiting for the views alone. As I say I was more interested in seeing nature rather than visiting towns and for this I was pleased with my choice and would recommend to anyone without hesitation. Alex is very approachable and helpful as well as Debbie who was always contactable but you shouldn't have the need as staying there was problem free.

We stayed at Casa Alexandra last June and had a fantastic time. The villa was very clean, well furnished and equipped with absolutely everything you can think of. The garden was big and well kept with a lovely swimming pool!

Our 3 children enjoyed playing badminton, table tennis and never seemed to be off the pool table. Xativa is a very pretty town with lots of restaurants, beeches and they are very close.

Alex and the housekeeper Debbie were extremely helpful and we definetly recommend Casa Alexandra! Enjoy!

We had a brilliant holiday at Casa Alexandra . The villa has loads of room with everything you could possibly want. The pool is gorgeous the perfect way to cool down. I have two children who had such a great time they can't wait to come back. I highly recommend Casa Alexandra, it is a lovely peaceful area but still with lots to do.

Had an excellent stay, the villa was spacious, comfortable, and bright. The grounds and pool were amazing. The villa is very well maintained and has great facilities.

Definitely recommend. The owner provided great customer service and was always available.

Xativa is close by and great to visit. I will be going back :-)

Fantastic villa with everything provided from swimming towels, tea & coffee and toilet rolls ! Great swimming pool with loads of sun beds and sitting area in shade. Nice pool table and good air conditioning in the bedrooms. Great communication and welcome pack from owner and Debbie the local host was superb. Found that with a couple of shops at the local Mercadona we had no desire to leave the villa. Hope to visit again!
